Job summary

Private Advertiser at Changi Airport is seeking a procurement professional to join the team for a 3-year contract, supporting divisions on procurement transactions and ensuring policy compliance.

You will handle tendering, onboarding vendors, contracts, POs, and invoice follow-ups, monitor service levels, and drive process improvements including low-code automation with Power Automate and BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant procurement experience, with governance/compliance exposure; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Good understanding of procurement functions; some accounting knowledge is advantageous.
• Proficiency in procurement systems (Sesami, SAP, eProcurement) and low‑code tools for automation.

Responsibilities

• Support business stakeholders in the procurement-to-payment process.
• Execute tendering and contracting tasks: publish tender documents, onboard vendors to the eProcurement system, prepare contracts, create POs, and follow up on invoices.
• Track procurement service levels and report performance to Management.
• Identify opportunities and implement innovative solutions for procurement excellence.
• Improve or streamline processes and automate using low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and BI dashboards.
