A leading engineering services firm in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Executive responsible for managing the full purchasing process, coordinating procurement plans, and ensuring effective communication with suppliers. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in Supply Chain or related fields and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or logistics within the engineering or construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office and strong analytical skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Procurement/Logistics/Engineering/Construction industry.
• Procurement Process Awareness in International purchase and logistical procedures.
• Candidates without relevant qualifications but with relevant experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage document and submissions for engineering and construction.
• Handle full spectrum of Purchasing Process including sourcing and generating PO.
• Coordinate procurement plans and negotiate vendor terms.
