Role Summary
You will be responsible to deliver robust and efficient semiconductor manufacturing process with data driven analytics and systemic problem-solving skills in Diffusion (Furnace / Implant) module.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, optimizing and maintaining smooth daily manufacturing operations and problem-solve issues for diffusion process promptly.
- Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain with quality and urgency.
- Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
- Assist to conduct experiments, analyse complex datasets, and derive actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
- Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods to establish and uphold robust manufacturing processes.
Qualifications and Essential Experiences
- A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in depth knowledge; Experience working in a 12” fab would be advantageous
- Opportunity to travel to overseas for training (Subject to needs and expectations)
