Job description

Our client is a IT Service Provider, who provides IT support, computing parts distribution and computing equipment resell. Due to expansion, they are looking out for a Printer Deployment Engineer to support them in their growing business.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT hardware service and support on printers for end users and corporate customers. This includes, but not limited to hardware troubleshooting and break-fix, installation, deployment setup, relocation and ad-hoc projects.
• Deployment scope require performing task for unboxing and carry printer for product installation services.
• Conduct basis product training and briefing to customer for the features and usage on the printers.
• Provide timely update to customers on service appointment, service status till closure of the services incidents.
• Work closely with job dispatchers, team leads and supervisor to ensure all jobs are completed and closed timely.
• Timely escalation to supervisor on customers satisfaction issues and technical challenges.
• Timely, proper and accurate updates on jobs progress status.
• Gather customer sign off and submit forms for job completion.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Other information

• Work scope coverage hours between Monday to Friday 0830am to 0600pm (exclude public holiday).
• Willing to travel to various parts of Singapore based on customer address location.
• Travel expenses via separate reimbursement or company grab card usage based on official work related request.
• Willing to consider working on certain weekend Saturday or Sunday basis should there be request for overtime demand.
• Adhere to company code of conduct and employee handbook and other HR policies. 12 months contract (renewable)
• Salary range ($2,400 - $3,000)
