We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Principal to provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the institution. This senior executive role offers a unique opportunity to shape the school’s long-term growth, uphold academic excellence, and strengthen its position within Singapore’s education landscape.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board to drive institutional strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance culture that supports outstanding student outcomes and organisational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the school’s strategic vision and long-term development plans in collaboration with the Board.
  • Provide strong institutional leadership, ensuring effective governance and sound decision-making.
  • Advise the Board on academic, operational, and regulatory matters.
  • Oversee academic standards, curriculum quality, and teaching excellence across all programmes.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in student learning outcomes and educational quality.
  • Promote innovation in teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
  • Ensure full compliance with EduTrust requirements and all relevant regulations governing private education institutions in Singapore.
  • Act as the key liaison with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop academic and administrative leadership teams.
  • Build a professional, ethical, and high-performance culture aligned with the institution’s values.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, industry partners, regulators, and the wider community.
  • Represent the institution externally and enhance its reputation and brand positioning.
  • Support partnerships and collaborations that contribute to institutional growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior academic leadership role (e.g. Dean, Principal, President, or an equivalent position) within an education institution.
  • Demonstrated track record in institutional leadership, strategic planning, and academic governance.
  • Strong knowledge of EduTrust standards and the Singapore private education regulatory framework.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing academic and administrative teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to drive organisational change and sustainable growth.
