Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visitsPlan and implement age-appropriate curriculum with a good understanding of the Early Years Curriculum and pedagogy, to meet the physical, emotional, and social, intellectual needs of the children
  
• Set-up conducive and quality learning environment for the Children
  
• Provide a safe and clean learning environment for the care and development of the children in the Centre
  
• Practice good classroom management strategies
  
• Regularly update children's progress reports and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of each child
  
• Provide effective input on the child’s development
  
• Build good rapport with the parents through regular communication and to establish effective home‑centre Partnerships
  
• Foster trusting, respectful and positive interactions with Children
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to build a positive working environment
  

Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education or equivalent
  
• Certified by ECDA: L1 or L2 Teaching Certification
