Job summary

A leading preschool management company in Singapore is seeking a Preschool Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with educational regulations. You will lead teaching and administrative teams while developing curriculum plans and nurturing positive relationships with parents and the community. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Early Childhood Education, at least 5 years of experience in the field with leadership responsibilities, and strong knowledge of ECDA regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in early childhood education with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of ECDA regulations and EYDF guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring compliance with ECDA regulations.
• Lead and manage teaching and administrative teams, including recruitment and training.
• Develop and implement curriculum plans to support holistic child development.
• Ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment for children.
