CareerStar International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR activities across several preschool centres. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and records management to support timely staffing and compliant HR services.

The role requires solid knowledge of MOM requirements, the Employment Act and ECDA rules, with multi-site HR experience. You will partner with centre management to deliver effective staffing and HR support.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in HR/BA or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience.
• Experience in Singapore HR operations and regulations.
• Experience in preschool/education multi-site HR operations advantageous.
• Knowledge of MOM requirements, the Employment Act, ECDA.
• Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations and day-to-day HR operations.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee HR operations across multiple preschool centres.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and related admin per MOM.
• Administer contracts, attendance, leave and records.
• Coordinate payroll processing and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate training including First Aid and ECDA requirements.
• Manage employee relations, benefits and performance management.
• Develop and improve HR SOPs, handbooks and policies.
• Provide HR guidance to centre management and staff.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, Employment Act, ECDA and company policies.
• Maintain HR documentation for audits.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
