Job summary

Wharton Preschool Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in a dynamic education setting. You will manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and staff relations, while ensuring compliance with Singapore laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in HRM or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience, preferably in early childhood.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM procedures.
• Uphold integrity and professionalism.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Timesoft HRIS, including payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Strategise manpower planning and oversee end-to-end recruitment.
• Manage onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure timely monthly payroll processing and CPF submissions.
• Oversee employee relations and advise business unit heads.
• Administer annual appraisals and compensation proposals.
• Review and implement HR policies and systems aligned with business strategies.
• Coordinate training administration and course registrations.
• Manage work pass administration.
• Collaborate with government bodies for HR grants.
• Handle work injury and medical insurance claims for staff.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and files.
• Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and employment law.
• Handle other HR and admin tasks as assigned by management.
