Job summary

RHPE, a premium international Kindergarten, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions for multiple centres in Singapore. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training coordination to support organisational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

The role requires experience in Singapore's MOM/ECDA regulations, a HR-related degree or diploma, and at least six years in HR, ideally in preschool settings. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Singapore HR, preferably in preschool sector.
• Knowledge of MOM and ECDA regulations.
• HR degree or diploma required.
• Proficient in English for workplace communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for centres.
• Maintain staff records for compliance and operations.
• Administer work pass applications and renewals per MOM regulations.
• Manage contracts, attendance tracking, and payroll support.
• Coordinate mandatory training (First Aid, ECC) and track certifications.
• Address employee relations issues and administer benefits.
• Handle daily HR operations with attention to policies.
