Job summary

asia-link technology pte ltd is seeking an HR professional to oversee comprehensive HR functions across its preschool network in Singapore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring MOM compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
• Preschool or multi-site HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, Work Pass processes and ECDA requirements.
• Able to independently manage recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
• Proficient in HR management systems and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive HR functions across multiple preschool centres.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding to ensure timely staffing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Manage work pass applications and renewals in accordance with MOM requirements.
• Administer employment contracts, attendance, leave and other HR operational matters.
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee information.
• Coordinate First Aid, ECC and other mandatory training and monitor certification validity.
• Manage employee relations, benefits, performance and general HR matters.
• Establish and improve HR SOPs, recruitment procedures, employee handbooks and internal policies.
• Ensure HR practices comply with MOM, ECDA and company requirements.
