Job summary

4S is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR activities across multiple locations in Singapore. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll verification, and employee lifecycle tasks, ensuring strict compliance with MOM guidelines and local regulations.

You will also maintain HRMS data, support training, handle routine employee queries, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to strengthen HR processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HR operations experience.
• Payroll verification and leave/claims handling.
• Familiar with Singapore employment practices and MOM guidelines.
• Experience maintaining HR data, records and reporting.
• Strong coordination with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding with facility teams.
• Manage employee lifecycle: confirmations, renewals, exits.
• Review payroll outputs and verify leave, claims and allowances.
• Ensure timely regulatory submissions (MSF, NCSS, AIC).
• Oversee foreign staff matters and compliance tracking.
• Maintain HR systems (HRMS) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support training coordination and compliance tracking.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and simple grievances.
• Support HR reporting, engagement initiatives and vendor coordination.
