Job summary

RHPE, a premium international Kindergarten, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions for multiple centres in Singapore. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training coordination to support organisational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

The role requires experience in Singapore's MOM/ECDA regulations, a HR-related degree or diploma, and at least six years in HR, ideally in preschool settings. Excellent English is essential.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Manage comprehensive HR functions for multiple centres, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training coordination to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely staffing for centres
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records for compliance and operational needs
• Administer work pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM regulations
• Manage employment contracts, attendance tracking, and support payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation
• Coordinate mandatory training programs such as First Aid and ECC, and track certification status to maintain regulatory compliance
• Address employee relations issues and administer benefits to foster a positive work environment
• Handle daily HR operational matters independently with attention to detail and adherence to policies

Required competencies and certifications

• Knowledge of MOM and ECDA regulations to ensure compliance in HR processes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or related field
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in Singapore, preferably with preschool sector exposure
