You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and training coordination to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory adherence. • Knowledge of MOM and ECDA regulations for HR compliance.
• Experience in Singapore preschool sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure timely staffing for centres
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records for compliance and operational needs
• Administer work pass applications and renewals in compliance with MOM regulations
• Manage employment contracts, attendance tracking, and support payroll processing to ensure accurate employee compensation
• Coordinate mandatory training programs such as First Aid and ECC, and track certification status to maintain regulatory compliance
• Address employee relations issues and administer benefits to foster a positive work environment
• Handle daily HR operational matters independently with attention to detail and adherence to policies
