Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-location facilities.
• Strong technical knowledge in plumbing and M&E (air-conditioning).

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduled and cyclical maintenance across all preschool locations.
• Develop and implement maintenance policies supported by digital tools.
• Lead and manage the maintenance team, ensuring safe work practices.
• Provide regular reports to management for budgeting and capital planning.
