Job summary

intellipro singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Manager, Technology Support Services (Presales) to drive active infrastructure solutions across SEA, India and the APAC region.

You will partner with Sales, OEMs and customers to architect, position and deliver viable technology solutions for enterprise opportunities. The role emphasizes data centre architectures, AI/ML workloads, BOM development and POC support, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, implementation and commissioning of active infrastructure technologies.
• 4+ years presales, solutions architecture or customer-facing technical consulting experience.
• Strong experience designing and positioning complex enterprise or hyperscale data centre solutions.
• Exposure to colocation and hyperscalers data centre environments.
• Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management; able to communicate across technical/business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional presales engagements across APAC, partnering with Sales, OEMs and customers.
• Architect, position and deliver commercially viable technology solutions for complex opportunities.
• Drive BOM development, technical discovery, architecture validation and POC support.
• Manage vendor relationships and regional enablement; travel may be required.

Manager, Technology Support Services (Presales) | APAC

We are hiring a hands-on technical presales professional cum leader to drive active infrastructure solutions across Southeast Asia, India and the wider APAC region.

Join the regional presales team while partnering closely with Sales, OEMs and customers to architect, position and deliver commercially viable technology solutions for complex enterprise, hyperscale and strategic opportunities.

Key Technical Focus Areas:

• Routing, switching, wireless and network security architectures
• Data centre networking, compute, storage, virtualisation, HCI and HPC
• Enterprise and hyperscale data centre solutions, including resiliency and data centre interconnect
• AI/ML infrastructure workloads from a network, HPC and data centre architecture perspective
• Solution design, technical discovery, architecture validation, BOM development and POC support
• OEM/vendor management, technical escalations and regional enablement

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in the design, implementation and commissioning of active infrastructure technologies
• At least 4 years’ presales, solutions architecture or customer-facing technical consulting experience
• Strong experience designing and positioning complex enterprise or hyperscale data centre solutions
• Exposure to colocation and hyperscalers data centre environments
• Demonstrated people leadership, stakeholder management and ability to communicate across technical and business audiences
• Technical/engineering qualification or equivalent relevant experience; relevant certifications are advantageous
• Regional travel may be required
