Job summary
intellipro singapore pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Manager, Technology Support Services (Presales) to drive active infrastructure solutions across SEA, India and the APAC region.
You will partner with Sales, OEMs and customers to architect, position and deliver viable technology solutions for enterprise opportunities. The role emphasizes data centre architectures, AI/ML workloads, BOM development and POC support, with regional travel as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in design, implementation and commissioning of active infrastructure technologies.
- 4+ years presales, solutions architecture or customer-facing technical consulting experience.
- Strong experience designing and positioning complex enterprise or hyperscale data centre solutions.
- Exposure to colocation and hyperscalers data centre environments.
- Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management; able to communicate across technical/business audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional presales engagements across APAC, partnering with Sales, OEMs and customers.
- Architect, position and deliver commercially viable technology solutions for complex opportunities.
- Drive BOM development, technical discovery, architecture validation and POC support.
- Manage vendor relationships and regional enablement; travel may be required.
