Job summary

• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and solution positioning for complex enterprise, hyperscale, and strategic accounts across APAC
• Build end-to-end solution designs and accurate Bills of Materials aligned to customer needs and standards
• Represent the technical voice of the business in customer workshops and executive-level conversations
• Own technical relationships with key active infrastructure vendors and ecosystem partners
• Stay sharp on vendor portfolios, product roadmaps, and competitive positioning
• Manage technical escalations, proof-of-concept work, and solution validations with partners
• Help shape vendor strategy and enablement in line with regional and global goals
• Take ownership of presales support across Southeast Asia, India, and the wider APAC region, including multi-country and global initiatives
• Support large-scale, complex, or strategic deals that require cross-regional collaboration

Our client who is a technology solutions provider are looking for a highly technical, hands-on presales engineer to own the design, positioning, and promotion of active infrastructure solutions across the region.

This role sits at the intersection of technology and commercial strategy. You'll be the technical authority for our key active infrastructure vendor partnerships, drive complex regional and global opportunities, and work hand-in-hand with Sales to turn customer needs into technically sound, commercially viable solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Serve as the primary technical presales lead for active infrastructure opportunities spanning routing, switching, wireless, security, data centre networking, compute & storage, and management platforms
• Lead technical discovery, architecture design, and solution positioning for complex enterprise, hyperscale, and strategic accounts across APAC
• Build end-to-end solution designs and accurate Bills of Materials aligned to customer needs and standards
• Represent the technical voice of the business in customer workshops and executive-level conversations
• Own technical relationships with key active infrastructure vendors and ecosystem partners
