Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management with a contractor and/or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project management services covering design development, submissions, procurement, construction management, testing and commissioning, through to final handover.
• Plan, organise, and control all project elements, identifying contractual discrepancies and mitigating commercial, technical, and site risks.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Lead conceptual studies, authority submissions, procurement activities, and management of subcontractors.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of building and M&E systems.
• Liaise with consultants, data centre owners, and building landlords.
