West Area | Operation Role | 5.5 days

  • Office Location: Jurong East Singapore
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
  • Monthly Salary: Base up to $7000 + Variable Bonus (VB)
  • Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
  • Safety Leadership: Enforce a zero‑harm workplace, lead safety audits, incident investigations, and conduct regular briefings.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all plant operations adhere to EHS regulations and industry standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily throughput to meet or exceed waste processing targets while minimizing downtime.
  • Technical Support & Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance programs and provide troubleshooting guidance on waste treatment equipment.
  • Resource & Workforce Management: Oversee shift schedules, manpower allocation, and ensure availability of chemicals, tools, and spare parts.
  • Training & Performance Development: Identify skill gaps, deliver technical training, set KPIs, and conduct staff evaluations. Process & Data Management: Maintain accurate plant records, prepare KPI reports, and drive process optimization initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement 5S housekeeping standards, explore innovative waste treatment technologies, and propose equipment upgrades.
Requirement
  • Minimum Degree: Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in waste treatment or industrial plant operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment systems, along with specialized waste equipment.
  • Availability: Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.
