About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations at our waste management facility. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of safety and housekeeping while driving continuous improvement across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end plant operations to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead, manage, and develop operational teams to achieve production and compliance targets.
• Ensure maximum facility uptime through effective planning, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Enforce strict compliance with EHS regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Manage chemical and biological treatment systems and specialized waste processing equipment.
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and operational discipline across the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing waste management or industrial plants.
• Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of chemical and/or biological treatment systems and waste processing technologies.
