Qualifications

• Preferably a manager specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering.

Job description

All jobs are based in Singapore only. This position is open to Singaporean candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver the project on schedule and within budget.
• Organize, direct, co‑ordinate, and motivate project team members.
• Conduct overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and updating to meet targets.
• Establish the work breakdown structure and budget in accordance with cost-control estimates.
• Continuously improve the operations of the project team where appropriate.
• Establish and administer all site subcontractors to ensure execution and quality of their obligations.
• Report to the Project Director the status of the project, especially regarding cost and progress.
• Maintain manpower management, safety policies, procedures, and environmental issues related to piling works.
• Ensure compliance with the stated quality requirements of the piling project.
• Maintain records of variation orders and extensions of time.
• Liaise with the Construction Department to produce monthly progress reports of piling projects.
• Perform any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by top management and PD.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma qualification (Advanced, Higher, Graduate, Professional, or Master’s Diploma) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably a manager specializing in Civil/Construction/Structural engineering or equivalent.
• Full‑time position.
