Job description

We are expanding our operations and looking to hire Pick & Pack Specialists to join our growing team! This entry level role provides an opportunity to build a strong foundation in logistics and order fulfilment within the precious metals industry. The role allows the individual to gain hands on experience in handling and packaging high value products while working alongside industry experts in a secure and fast paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

Order Fulfilment & Packing
The Pick & Pack Specialist will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently according to order details. You will ensure that all packed items are securely sealed, properly labelled, and meet BullionStar’s quality and presentation standards. The role includes conducting final quality checks before dispatch to ensure accuracy and product integrity, as well as preparing shipments for delivery, including documentation and coordination with courier services.

Inventory & Operational Support
You will support daily inventory management, including stock counting, dispatch, and movement tracking. The role also involves assisting in the receipt and verification of inbound precious metals deliveries, maintaining organisation of the storage and packing areas to ensure smooth workflow, and assisting in other operational tasks as assigned.

Meticulous:As you will be handling high-value precious metals, attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence are essential in every part of your role, from picking and packing to verifying inventory and shipment details.

Qualifications

‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels and above. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or pick-and-pack operations will be an advantage but is not required. Training will be provided.

Location & Work Hours

The job location is BullionStar’s bullion shop, showroom, and vault at 45 New Bridge Road. This bustling location is situated between Chinatown and Clarke Quay, with Clarke Quay MRT conveniently located just across the road.
The work schedule is 5.5 days per week.

Salary and Benefits

The salary is dependent on your capability, experience, and skills. The typical starting salary is from SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month for a driven candidate, plus up to 3 months’ bonus. In addition, BullionStar provides an Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) equivalent to 1 month’s salary. BullionStar furthermore offers reimbursement of medical bills and access to an employee health and fitness benefit program.
