• Conduct home based physical therapy sessions;
• Oversee and monitor rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients;
• Develop and implement appropriate programs to improve the overall wellbeing of the client;
• To be able to support neuro related cases and geriatric type clients;
• Provide advice and protocols in conducting rehabilitative exercise programmes;
• Provide clinical advice on handling of clients with chronic illnesses;
• Work with Exercise Specialist to execute programmes;
• Maintain database/records of all clients to provide evidence-based exercise programme with accurate and appropriate documentation;
• Ensure proper case notes for all clients;
• Collate data from outcome measures and provide review and analysis of data;
• Any other duty as assigned by Director of the team or Lead Physiotherapist.

Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday

Requirements

• Obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practising License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC);
• Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution;
• Preferably 2 or 3 years clinical experience;
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Willingness to learn;
• Experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases.
