Job summary

A leading pharmaceutical company in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Pharma Sales Representative. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and implementing strategic plans for customer engagement. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in life sciences, with at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and a proven track record in the industry. Qualifications

  • 5 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing/key accounts experience required.
  • At least 2 years in specialty portfolio preferred.
  • Able to work independently with high integrity.
  • Must own a car and have a valid Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for HCPs/HCOs, delivering patient-centric solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for customer experience.
  • Engage with KOLs and targeted customers to improve patient outcomes.
  • Gather market insights from HCP engagements to formulate solutions.
  • Lead account planning including formulary listings in hospitals.

We seek highly motivated and resilient individual for the position of Pharma Sales Representatives

Responsibilities:

· Act as a trusted partner and is the primary point of contact for HCPs/HCOs to deliver patient-centric solutions. Competent in effectively demonstrating the value of company’s portfolio to external stakeholders and ensuring suitable patients could benefit from offered solution.

· Develop and implement comprehensive therapy area and customer-level strategic plan to deliver exceptional customer experience, ensure optimal customer coverage and achieve overall company goals.

· Develop and foster strong partnership with KOLs and targeted customers; adept in engaging and supporting customers in improving patients’ outcome.

· This is an individual contributor role with significant field-based customer engagement responsibilities.

· Uncover actionable market insights from regular HCP/HCO engagements and business analytics to formulate innovative patient-centric solutions; identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company goals.

· Lead and execute account planning & management which include formulary listing of company products in hospitals.

· Maintain robust product, therapeutic area, customer and industry knowledge to consistently optimize strategic customer engagement plan development and implementation.

· Demonstrate integrity and work within legal, compliance and company policies and processes.

  • Successful commercial and health partnership track record in multinational pharmaceutical company.

  • Self-starter, growth mindset, entrepreneurial, strong learning agility and results oriented.
  • Dynamic team player with a solution-oriented mindset, analytical mind and able to manage ambiguity.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and influence without authority skills.
  • Previous oncology and/or rare disease commercial experience is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude and resourceful to solve problems.
  • Able to work independently and perform duties with high integrity.
Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in life sciences, business studies or sales & marketing.

• Preferably with 5 years of Pharmaceutical sales / marketing / key accounts experience in pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years in specialty portfolio

• Marketing experience is plus

• Energetic and think out of box attitude

• Compulsory to own a car and a valid Class 3 driving license

• Proficient with the computer – Ms Excel / PowerPoint / Word
