Job summary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage concierge duties efficiently to elevate the overall guest experience
  • Guide guests with wayfinding throughout the premises
  • Provide personalized shopping recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Share detailed brand and product information
  • Inform passengers about ongoing promotions and special offers
  • Address retail inquiries from passengers promptly and professionally
  • Interact with passengers via face-to-face communication, messages, video, and live chat
  • Ensure a personalized and positive shopping experience for all passengers
  • Maintain exceptional customer service in all interactions
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed to ensure smooth concierge operations
Job Requirements:
