About the role

We are seeking a diligent and enthusiastic Part-time Kiddy Rides Assistant to join our team at Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience with our range of kiddy rides. This is a permanent part-time position, requiring commitment of 6 months or longer.

What you'll be doing
  1. Ensuring the smooth operation of our kiddy rides, including start-up, monitoring, and safe usage
  2. Providing friendly and attentive customer service to children and their families
  3. Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the store
  4. Handling cash and performing basic financial transactions
  5. Reporting any issues or concerns to the store manager in a timely manner
Who we're looking for
  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably working with children
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and their families
  3. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers
  4. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  5. A positive, friendly, and energetic personality
