Job summary

A leading human resource firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth in the B2B sector. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and conducting market outreach. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience along with strong lead generation skills. Job Responsibilities
  • Corporate Sales Growth (B2B): Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate sales and expand client base in the B2B sector.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, cold outreach, and following up on leads.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential corporate clients.
  • Onboarding Corporate Partners: Identify potential corporate partners, present tailored ergonomic solutions, and manage the onboarding process to integrate them into our ecosystem.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, foster, and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business and business referrals.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure a healthy sales pipeline by organizing sales activities and prioritizing key prospects and clients.
  • Market Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and corporate wellness needs to tailor solutions that meet market demand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and product developments.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth.
