Job description
Responsibilities
  • Oversee key online sales channels on marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok e.g.
  • Monitor product listings, inventory and content are up to date on all platforms
  • Manage brand websites to ensure customers are directed to the right online/offline store option for purchase
  • Plan and execute regional online campaigns like product launches and mega sales days
  • Collaborate with local country teams to implement campaigns and product launches in alignment with regional marketing plans
  • Liaise with marketing team to deliver compelling campaign assets
  • Monitor and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, sales, ROAs and customer acquisition metrics
  • Manage e-commerce performance dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights to drive improvements
  • Identify growth opportunities with data-driven analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Recommend strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency of campaigns
  • Work closely with regional and country team members to optimise brand and product visibility on e-commerce platforms
  • Conduct monthly meetings with local and regional teams to review performance and address any operational issues
  • Ensure alignment of e-commerce strategy with regional business goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, e-commerce or any related field
  • At least 3 years of e-commerce experience with proven track record in online sales growth, marketplace management and campaign execution
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia e-commerce markets and consumer trends an added advantage
