Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Singapore is seeking a Manager to oversee daily operations and lead performing artistes. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of experience in entertainment management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include evaluating performances, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in performing arts or entertainment management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the club.
  • Lead the audition, rehearsal, and selection processes for performing artistes.

  • Enforce discipline among artistes and crew.

  • Lead the audition, rehearsal, and selection processes for all performing artiste candidates.
  • Evaluate on‑stage performance of artistes on a monthly basis and provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Enforce discipline and uphold professional standards among artistes and crew.
  • Ensure a high standard of guest hospitality and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in interviewing, hiring, and training new artistes and support staff.
  • Plan, assign, and manage work schedules and responsibilities.
  • Recognize and appraise outstanding performance of artistes and support personnel.
  • Provide coaching and performance improvement plans for underperforming artistes.

  • Address and resolve any operational issues, complaints, or performance concerns promptly and professionally.
