About Us

We are a growing F&B group passionate about preserving and reimagining Peranakan heritage cuisine. From community kitchens to luxury dining experiences, our mission is to bring authentic flavors, heartfelt service, and cultural pride to every meal.

We are now looking for a Peranakan Chef to join our culinary team and help us craft dishes that tell stories, connect communities, and showcase the richness of Nyonya tradition.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute menus featuring traditional and modern Peranakan cuisine (e.g., Laksa, Ayam Buah Keluak, Nyonya Kuehs).
  • Maintain authenticity of recipes while introducing innovative presentations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, sourcing, and cost control for ingredients and supplies.
  • Contribute to seasonal/ festival menus (e.g., Tok Panjang, Peranakan Festival).
  • Collaborate with management on new product development and special events.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Peranakan / Straits Chinese cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
  • Creativity in blending heritage with modern dining trends.
  • Leadership skills to mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications preferred.
