Our two brands, Shark, and Ninja, have enjoyed unprecedented growth in the past 5 years, driven mainly by the very strong innovation pipeline and impactful market presence on both brands. Given this success in our existing markets, Shark Ninja has embarked on a bold plan for growing APAC business.

As the HR PMO for APAC, you will lead cross‑functional HR programs and initiatives to strengthen engagement, culture, and employee experience across markets. You will act as a close partner to the regional HR leadership team, ensuring consistent execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of programs such as onboarding, internal communications, cultural development, and talent engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Design, coordinate, and execute regional HR projects to enhance associates experience and SharkNinja culture (e.g., onboarding, internal communications, culture‑build etc.).
  • Engagement & Communication: Develop and run internal communication campaigns, feedback loops, and follow‑up actions.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Standardize and elevate an engaging onboarding experience across APAC, partnering with L&D and local HR teams.
  • Cultural Programs: Drive regional culture programs (workshops, values activation, local events) to reinforce company values and talent retention.
  • Change Management: Lead change management activities to embed new HR practices, working with country HR leads to localise initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use data (surveys, feedback, metrics) to measure success, identify program gaps, and iteratively improve HR initiatives.
  • Ad hoc Projects: Support other regional HR initiatives (e.g., leadership development, succession planning, HR digital tools) as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR or HR related PMO roles (ideally in multi‑market or regional context).
  • High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to create engaging communications.
  • Agile mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and rapid execution.
  • Analytical and data‑driven: experience using metrics, dashboards, or survey tools.
  • HR Business Partner experience is a plus.
