Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Singapore seeks a Technology Support III within Commercial and Investment Banking Payments Technology to ensure operational stability, availability and performance of production application flows. You will troubleshoot, maintain, monitor, escalate and resolve service interruptions across internal and externally developed systems.

You will work with observability tools (Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, Geneos) and cloud/on-prem environments, applying ITIL practices, scripting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Experience with on-premises and public cloud environments.
• Experience in observability and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Technical skills in Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python, Oracle/SQL, Cassandra; monitoring/telemetry tools and messaging (Kafka, MQ).

Responsibilities

• Provides end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery to enable successful business operations of the firm
• Supports the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems to ensure operational stability and availability
• Assist in the monitoring of production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
• Identify issues for escalation and communication, and provide solutions to the business and technology stakeholders
• Analyze complex situations and trends to anticipate and solve incident, problem, and change management in support of full stack technology systems, applications, or infrastructure
