Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related discipline.
• 2+ years of software engineering concepts training.
• Ability to code in at least one programming language.
• Experience using AI-assisted workflows for SRE with data-sensitivity awareness.
• Experience maintaining a cloud-based infrastructure (AWS).
• Familiarity with observability concepts, monitoring and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and run critical Payment services and cloud infrastructure with high availability.
• Drive production excellence via monitoring, incident and problem management.
• Leverage Datadog, CloudWatch and observability tooling to detect and prevent issues.
• Lead recovery during incidents and perform root cause analysis for permanent fixes.
• Apply AI capabilities to speed incident triage and post-incident analysis with secure handling of data.
• Eliminate toil through automation and self-healing solutions.
