JPMorgan Chase in Singapore seeks a Site Reliability Engineer III within the Payments Technology team to solve complex problems with simple, scalable solutions using code and cloud infrastructure.

You will contribute to end-to-end operations, availability, and reliability of applications, working with engineers to design deployment approaches and implement infrastructure as code to support resilient services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science or related field.
• Formal training and/or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficient in site reliability culture and implementing SRE practices.
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Python, Java/Spring Boot or .NET.
• Experience with observability, SLOs, and telemetry collection.

• Guide and assist others in level designs and peer consensus.
• Collaborate to design deployment approaches using CI/CD pipelines.
• Design, develop, test, and implement availability, reliability, and scalability solutions.
• Implement infrastructure as code and network as code for applications.
• Collaborate to resolve complex problems with stakeholders.
• Understand service level indicators and use SLOs to proactively resolve issues.
• Support adoption of SRE best practices.
