Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Singapore seeks a Technology Support Lead within CIB Technology - Digital Enablement to guide end-to-end application support and infrastructure maintenance, ensuring operational stability and performance of production services.

You will lead teams, implement ITIL processes, monitor environments with observability tools, and coordinate incident response from detection to service restoration, while collaborating with business and tech stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
5+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
Experience managing applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on prem and cloud).
Proficient with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and Datadog.
Experience with ITIL processes and IAM concepts (SSO, MFA, IGA).

Responsibilities

Lead teams providing end-to-end application support and infrastructure maintenance.
Execute policies to ensure operational stability and availability.
Monitor production environments, address anomalies, and evolve observability usage.
Escalate and communicate issues to stakeholders throughout incident resolution.
Lead incident, problem, and change management for full stack systems.
