Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Technology Support III to ensure the stability and performance of production application flows across Merchant Services. You will troubleshoot incidents, monitor environments, and coordinate with stakeholders to maintain seamless operations.

The role emphasizes observability, batch scheduling, and control of on-prem and cloud-based infrastructure. Strong communication and ITIL-aligned practices are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Hands-on experience with Stratus and/or Tandem systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Hands-on experience with batch scheduling tools (Autosys, Control-M).
• Hands-on experience with observability and log analytics tools (Geneos, Netcool, Splunk, OpenSearch).
• Experience with databases such as SQL or Oracle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and operations in large-scale environments.
• Exposure to both on-premises and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows for end-to-end service delivery.
• Monitor production environments for anomalies using observability tools.
• Assist in escalation and communication of issues to stakeholders.
• Improve operational stability via incident and change management.
• Identify trends and support management of incidents, problems, and changes across full-stack systems.
