Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficient in site reliability culture, principles, and implementation within apps or platforms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java/Spring Boot, and .NET.

Responsibilities

• Guides and assists others in building appropriate designs and gaining consensus from peers.
• Collaborates to design and implement deployment approaches using automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborates to design, develop, test, and implement availability, reliability, and scalability in applications.
• Implements infrastructure, configuration, and network as code for applications and platforms in remit.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve complex problems.
• Understands service level indicators and uses service level objectives to proactively resolve issues before customers are affected.
• Supports the adoption of site reliability engineering best practices within the team.
