Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in production support and site reliability engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or IT.
• Proven SRE experience with incident and problem management processes.
• Experience with observability, SLOs and telemetry tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide business-facing tech support across APAC region.
• Follow-the-sun model with global counterparts.
• Manage production incidents to resolution with timely communication.
• Perform post-incident analysis and implement preventative measures.
• Serve as SME for key applications and uphold best practices.
