Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support production support workflows with validation.
• Ability to review AI-assisted incident recommendations before action.
• Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale environments (on-prem and cloud).
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application or infrastructure service delivery for operational stability.
• Use AI capabilities to speed up incident triage and trend analysis with validation.
• Monitor production environments, address issues, and escalate with solutions.
• Analyze incidents and trends to anticipate issues and support change management.
• Apply reuse-first, AI-assisted practices to identify recurring interruption patterns.
• Support complex batch processing using Autosys and internal frameworks.
• Collaborate with development teams to track stability and resiliency improvements.
• Perform analytics on incidents and usage to predict issues and prevent toil.
• Contribute to global production management objectives and automation initiatives.
