Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a patient-focused professional to support patient care management in a clinic setting. You will handle scheduled outbound and inbound calls, respond to enquiries, and maintain accurate patient records in the care system.

The role emphasizes protecting patient confidentiality, adhering to SOPs, reporting adverse events, and assisting with periodic reports and audits. Healthcare or customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Diploma in relevant fields is required.
• Healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Patient Service Associate (PSA) / Clinic experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalised patient case management and ensure patients submit required documentation on time.
• Conduct scheduled outbound calls and manage inbound calls from enrolled patients.
• Respond to patients' enquiries and FAQs.
• Accurately update and maintain patient information in the Patient Care Management System.
• Ensure patient care programmes follow established SOPs, service levels and quality standards.
• Handle patient information with strict confidentiality.
• Provide appropriate health guidance based on established medical best practices and protocols.
• Identify and report Adverse Events disclosed or observed during patient interactions.
• Prepare periodic programme reports and support audit and compliance activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Operations / Programme Manager.
