Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is recruiting for a frontline patient service role at our healthcare partner sites in Singapore. You will assist patients with registration and appointments, handle general enquiries, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience.

In a fast-paced clinical environment, you will support referrals, rosters, and basic health screening tasks while maintaining clear communication with patients and internal teams. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level / 'O' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and hands-on mindset with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters.
• Support the coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements.
• Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally.
• Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and upscale when required.
• Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams.
• Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements.
• Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings.
