Responsibilities

• Register patients for visits at Specialist Outpatient Clinic
• Schedule appointments and coordinate multiple visits for patients
• Handle billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float and promote cashless payments
• Provide financial counselling, explain charges and assist patients with available finance schemes
• Assist doctors during consultations and teleconsultations (chaperone, translation) and prepare patients for examination
