Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients at diagnostic centres and mobile healthcare sites
• Receive and assist patients at Laboratory and/or Radiography sections
• Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling
• Attend to patient enquiries and provide appropriate assistance
• Handle billing and payment collection
• Perform general administrative and patient service duties as assigned
