Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent qualification
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with a caring and empathetic attitude toward patients

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with registration and appointment-related matters
• Support coordination of referrals and follow-up arrangements
• Attend to general enquiries and payment transactions professionally
• Provide frontline assistance and ensure a positive patient experience
• Address feedback or service-related concerns appropriately and elevate when required
• Maintain effective communication with patients and internal teams
• Support operations at designated service points according to roster arrangements
• Assist with basic health screening activities such as recording patients’ height, weight, and blood pressure readings
