Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients while ensuring accurate documentation of their information.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle enquiries through phone calls and provide professional assistance to patients and visitors.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records within the healthcare system.
• Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and the healthcare team.
• Assist with basic patient care support under appropriate guidance when required.
• Ensure patient information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties to support smooth clinic or hospital operations.
