PATHWAY PROGRAM & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
The Singapore Shooting Association (“SSA”) warmly invites energetic and forward-looking individuals with cheerful characters to apply for the Pathway Program & Marketing Executive position. The appointed is expected to:
- Report to Pathway Program Manager
- Support and engage participants (from 7 years old to 12 years) in their learning in various pathway programs (laser/air gun shooting)
- Liaise/Interact with various stakeholders including parents, participants, coaches, administrators, venue managers, etc.
- Support a team of coaches in the preparation and delivery of the programs
- Plan and manage marketing communications plan and publicity strategies to build awareness of shooting sports
- Create engaging content and materials on digital media platforms
- Optimize communication channels to maximize outreach and engagement with target audiences
- Plan and manage targeted outreach events to schools and maintain continuous engagement
- Help to develop, drive and implement fundraising initiatives through all marketing channels
- Coordinate all development related mailings and including direct mails to help reinforce the mission of the organization
- Identify and cultivate potential new partnerships that will advance the organization’s mission
- Able to work on weekends/evenings (if required) and willing to commute
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualification & REQUIREMENTS
- Possess Singapore Citizenship or Singapore Permanent Resident (“SPR”)
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma, preferably in sports management, communications, marketing, public relations or in related discipline
- Exudes a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the sport
- Experience in developing and implementing successful communication and marketing strategies
- Experience in fundraising / community engagement setting is a plus
- Possess excellent verbal and written communications/ interpersonal skills
