We have launched a vibrant new bar-restaurant in one of Singapore’s busiest districts and are looking for a passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be hands-on in pastry and dessert preparation, plating, and kitchen hygiene, while growing your career in a fast-paced, supportive, and creative environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to standard recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in daily pastry kitchen operations and mise en place
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation in the pastry section
  • Support senior chefs in menu preparation and service execution
  • Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of pastry equipment and work areas
  • Assist in stock checks, receiving deliveries, and proper storage of ingredients
  • Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant pastry or culinary experience (training will be provided)
  • Strong interest in pastry arts and willingness to learn
  • Detail-oriented with a creative and disciplined approach to work
  • Team player with a positive and respectful attitude
  • Good communication and time management skills
