Job summary

A leading luxury spirits firm in Singapore is seeking a Partnerships & Sales Manager for the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will drive B2B and B2C sales through modern outlets like hotels and whisky bars, while building strong consumer relationships. Candidates should possess at least five years of sales experience, a deep love for Scotch whiskies, and exemplary communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape an innovative sales force and keep up with market trends.

Qualifications

  • Five years or more of demonstrable sales and account management experience, preferably in a related field.
  • An intense fascination with and love for Scotch whiskies.

About the job Partnerships & Sales Manager (F&B)
  • B2B: Purchase new and boost sales through current modern on-trade doors, such as those seen in hotels, whisky bars, and certain food and beverage outlets.
  • B2C: Build strong bonds with customers, collectors, and whisky enthusiasts by supporting them on their whisky journeys;
  • Increase the number of members through events and networking; increase the number of clients through partnerships and networking with suitable partners;
  • Assemble a sales force to fulfil monthly sales goals and company goals of attracting, keeping, and growing private clients;
  • Stay up to date on product developments and market trends in the luxury lifestyle and spirits industries.
  • Reports per month:
    • Gaps in inventory
    • Recoverable plan against target sales in actuality
    • Trends in MOT door and consumer consumption

Job Requirements:

  • Five years or more of demonstrable sales and account management experience, preferably in a related field;
