Responsibilities

  • Achieve fundraising targets through assigned events and campaigns.
  • Manage key donor accounts and maintain communications.
  • Strategise and develop plans for donor and volunteer networks.
  • Maintain existing high-income donors and explore sponsorship opportunities.
  • Implement plans to achieve fundraising and engagement objectives.
  • Provide input on messaging for fundraising appeals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and donor data.
  • Develop sponsorship strategies targeting key audiences.

Partnerships Manager-Fundraising

FootballPlus empower disadvantaged children and youth in our community and schools through football, fostering life skills, education, and character development. FootballPlus received its charity status in June 2014 and attained IPC status in August 2016. Since its inception, FootballPlus have grown steadily in its outreach to young people in the community and schools with more than 400 players impacted each week.

The academy also works with many youth from disadvantaged and low income families, providing subsidies and full sponsorship to enable these youth to be involved in the weekly trainings.

We are seeking a Partnership Manager with the following responsibilities to develop the organisations' sustainability and help grow the work in Singapore.

Responsibilities
  • To achieve set fundraising targets through planning and implementation of assigned fund-raising events and campaigns.
  • To manage key donor accounts which includes regular communications, tracking donations and development of the donor engagement plan.
  • To strategise, evaluate and develop plans to build donor and volunteer networks, engagement and relationship management.
  • Maintain existing high-income donors while continually exploring additional sponsorship opportunities.
  • To implement and manage the execution of plans and activities to achieve set fundraising and engagement objectives.
  • To provide strategic input on the messaging angles and approaches of fundraising appeals.
  • To provide data analysis on campaign performances and available donor data with the view to enhance donations, relationships and engagement outcomes.
  • To develop sponsorship strategies that capitalises on key audiences, industries and topics.
Job Requirements
  • Experience with fundraising in a non-profit organisation or 3-5+ years’ sales experience preferred. We are also open to consider individuals with relevant skillsets without prior fund-raising experience.
  • Willingness to take on a visible role while working in a small team environment.
  • Self-motivated professional with the ability to take ownership and responsibility to drive initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $3200 - $4200
